It’s one of the secrets of top facial experts – the massage that feels amazing and leaves you glowing as you leave the spa.

But it doesn’t have to be a secret any longer. We’ve teamed up with celebrity facialist Anastasia Achilleos to share with you her rejuvenating DIY facial massage.

She created this luxurious and gentle massage, focusing on the three key areas for maintaining your beauty – the eye contour area, the jaw-line and the neck.

It helps to relax your muscles to prevent lines, as well as stimulating circulation – so you get more oxygen to your skin and glow with health.

To make the most of the rejuvenating power of these Olay Regenerist creams, follow this step-by-step guide to smooth, firm skin with that luxury spa feel.

1. Preparing for your facial

Start by cleansing your face with Olay Regenerist 3 Point Super Cleansing System. Follow this with an application of Olay Regenerist 3 Point Super Serum.

Then take a grape-sized scoop of Regenerist’s 3 Point Treatment or Luminous Tone Perfecting Cream and warm it gently between the palms of your hands.

2. Revitalising your eye contour

With the tips of your fingers under each eye, sweep down the side of your nose and to the base of your cheekbones. Then gently change direction and move your fingertips up past your temples.

3. Firming your jaw line

Put your hands together as if in prayer, then gently push your fingertips upwards and part your hands on either side of your jaw.

Continue to move your hands up your face past your jaw, over your cheek bones and beyond the outside corners of your eyes to your temples.

4. Smoothing your neck

Start with your arms crossed over and your fingertips and palms flat against your jaw line – your right hand will be on your left jaw and visa-versa.

Using a full arm movement, firmly but gently sweep down your jaw, onto your neck and then down to your décolletage. Allow your arms to cross over to their rightful sides when your hands reach the base of your neck.
